On Line Position Postings On The Rise

According to The Conference Board Help Wanted OnLine (HWOL) Data Series released January 2, 2013, on line advertised vacancies rose 217,900 in December to 4,937,800. As competition for qualified candidates increases through the first quarter of 2013, more active recruiting methods will be required to attract the best candidates for critical positions.
