Advertising Candidates – Show What You Have Done

Everyday an  avalanche of resumes appear in my inbox, post office box and at the front desk from advertising and marketing people looking for their next opportunity.  Honestly, many are just a wasted effort by these well-meaning individuals.

As a recruiter, I am looking for talent and experience for my clients.  Advertising and marketing professionals need to use the digital tools available to create a message that reveals who you are in a compelling and imaginative way.  Tell me what you have done in your resume; better yet, include PDF samples of your work and the results, or a link to a website you created to showcase your accomplishments and detail your experience.
