Our client, a nationally recognized full-service advertising agency, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Indianapolis-based team. This opportunity, created by agency growth, is for a self-motivated individual to become a member of the agency’s leadership team. The selected individual will be expected to build client relationships, lead in the development of the strategic direction of all assigned client initiatives, manage the day-to-day execution and develop junior team members.
Major Responsibilities
- Build meaningful and professional relationships will all assigned clients
- Quickly become recognized as a key contributing member of the agency
- Lead in the development and management of all strategic initiatives for all assigned clients
- Manage daily client expectations, budgets, and timelines
- Co-ordinate with creative team and other external parties, such as production house, media, etc.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience (advertising agency preferred)
- A proven strategic thinker
- Traditional and digital experience
- Outstanding, written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated team building and mentoring skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Positive, pleasant and energetic personality
- Detail oriented, self-motivated
