We are looking for a passionate advertising/marketing professional.to join a dynamic and creative full service agency in Nashville.  The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of traditional and digital advertising and able to provide clients with robust solutions and experiences that help them achieve their business objectives; a driven and engaged professional deriving energy and creativity from working in a collaborative environment.

The individual in this role will work closely with clients to identify their needs and/or challenges and recommend targeted strategies using the appropriate traditional and digital tactics. This person will be a hands-on is a hands-on, strategic leader, responsible for partnering with senior level clients … someone with the ability to quickly gain the trust and confidence of the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels; act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs
  • Lead the strategic planning process and the development of key tactical recommendations that drive the clients’ business forward.
  • Drive established goals across relevant KPIs and balance business yield focused with client desired metrics
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client performance
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and upsell.
  • Be comfortable and effective in complex project environments, and working with both long-range and short-term business objectives and management of multiple stakeholders
  • Interpreting and analyzing results data to improve client ROI
  • Delivering formal and informal presentations to clients as well as internal team members

Skills/Requirements:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years experience in client management; an advertising agency environment preferred
  • 3+ years digital or online advertising industry experience
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and its use in driving revenue, client satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to accommodate change and thrive amid ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Demonstrated expertise in uncovering business needs and building relationships with senior level clients
  • Success in presenting strategic solutions and POVs demonstrating thought leadership.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • A strong understanding of interactive strategy, design, production and project management
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Ability to balance revenue, client satisfaction and operational responsibilities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
