“Experts Expect Jobs Aplenty in ‘15”
USA Today – January 5, 2015
USA Today reports this morning that “experts expect jobs aplenty in ‘15” due to a stronger economy. According to the report, employers added 321,000 jobs in November, the most in nearly two years and a recent Career Builder survey indicated that 36% of employers plan to increase their full time staff in the coming year. This level of companies planning on increasing head count is up from 29% last year and the most since 2006.
If these projections are correct, companies will face not only higher wages to attract employees but also will need to review their resources for identifying and recruiting the best talent.
