National agency’s Atlanta office is seeking an Account Supervisor to manage the continued development of one of its major national clients. This position will be responsible for day-to-day client relationships, brand leadership, managing the creative development and production process, and mentoring junior level talent. They will be a part of a team that is passionate about pursuing better creative ideas and is expected to be a key driver of all aspects of the account: Client Leadership, Strategy, and Creative.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Developing a complete understanding of the client’s business and brand initiatives.
- Being a trusted client advisor for strategic marketing and communications issues; partnering with clients to develop marketing strategies.
- Creating client brand strategies and individual project plans.
- Analyzing and communicating market results and monitors brand threats and opportunities. Provides business information to agency team and develops creative briefs with Account Planning.
- Developing and presenting new ideas and innovative approaches to solve client business issues (e.g. new technology, best practices on brand marketing, leveraging other agency disciplines beyond current scope, etc.)
- Overseeing execution of brand idea / plan from initial concept through final measurement.
- Addressing client/internal questions related to the briefs throughout the creative process.
- Determining research needs for qualitative and quantitative testing with Account Planning
- Conducting testing meetings – identifying key insights and creative implications?.
- Providing guidance on timing, budget and legal issues for creative briefing
- Overseeing logistics, timing and budget issues associated with creative development
- Supervising the writing of weekly status reports and attending all internal and external status meetings?·
- Reviewing production cost estimates and confirming client approval.
- Conducting pre-production meetings and internal and external reviews of work.
- Monitoring projects scope and define project resource requirements.
- Working with clients to identify opportunities for future operational improvements
- Determining alternate methods of meeting project deadlines/goals

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of agency experience. Retail, QSR, or consumer package goods preferred.
- “Hands-on” integrated production experience: Broadcast, Print, Digital, Radio and Social Media.
- A leader – a leader of internal teams and building superior client relationships.
- Outstanding communications skills – verbal, written, oral and presentation.
