Digital Project Manager – Columbus, Ohio

Summary:

Due to business growth, our client, a leading provider of digital marketing solutions, is seeking an experienced digital project manager. The individual selected will oversee the management of large, complex or multiple medium size projects from initiation through completion.  This position will have responsibility for driving successful completion of projects that exceed client expectations at the lowest possible cost, on schedule with a reasonable profit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build project plans in accordance with established protocol.
• Collaborate and interface with client representatives, Account Managers, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Projects setup, schedule, cost control, quality, project communications, relationships, change management and project closeout.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of company personnel on assigned projects
• Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards etc. are adhered to.
• Maintain official project log and documentation files.
• Provide direction for planning, scheduling and development functions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years digital project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of project management process and principles with a demonstrated ability to synthesize client requirements into a plan for success which includes offering recommendations for opportunities to get more out of the product.
• Self directed, quick study and an enthusiastic team player.
• Details and results oriented with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
• A commitment and passion for data, analytics and insights in marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience
• PMP certification with the Project Management Institute
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
