Summary:
A growing national digital communication development company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its Columbus, Ohio based team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing assigned mid to large tier accounts and developing new business opportunities. This individual will be seen as the true point of contact for all account issues both internally and externally. They will liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop mid to large tier clients.
- Assume leadership responsibilities for any and all client matters.
- Develop a “trusted advisor” relationship with key client stakeholders and executives.
- Organize and lead internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction, including ensuring timely and accurate solutions meeting the needs and objectives of the client.
- Forecast and track key account metrics … Analyze and make recommendations for optimizing relationship.
- Identify and grow opportunities within existing and potential clients and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
- An experienced business leader.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing concepts and principles.
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in developing SOW and proposal writing resulting in business development and the delivery of client-focused solutions.
- Outstanding communications skills with experience communicating, presenting and developing relationships with C-level executives.
- Proven abilities to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to details for all.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with client teams, technical and non-technical, at all levels.
- Experienced in identifying creative approaches to satisfy data and analysis needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 to 7 years of client management experience in a marketing environment.
- Proven experience and knowledge of applications, applied analytics, paid media and SEO.
